More and more people choose podcasts as their way of staying informed. They are easy to listen to while you are doing something else, and they are highly accessible since you can simply download them to your mobile phone.

Just like radio programmes, podcasts create an atmosphere of intimacy with the person listening, which makes them a good choice for breaking the public’s perception of European Programmes as complicated and only accessible to experts.

The podcast will reach these two groups of target audiences through:

The channels of EU programmes and the European Commission: social media, website, newsletters.

The Scientific and Innovation exibilitions, which will include a QR code and – wherever possible – earphones to listen to selected parts of the podcasts.

Communities of the project beneficiaries portrayed in the podcasts.
Links to the podcast will be sent to this group as a matter of courtesy, but also for them to “spread the word”.
